I decided to take things nice & slow with my first post on this page in over 4 months, so here's my ranking of Red Velvet's discography! It's kind of ironic how all last week I was telling Reveluvs to give up on making these rankings/tiers due to their invalid opinions, only for me to turn around & do the exact same thing... But anyways, always remember to spread peace & love, even if my ranking upsets you, even if I'm invalid. We are Luvies of course, we are supposed to love each other ✪ ω ✪
To start off, I will explain my tiers & ranking system. My 5 tiers are:
ALWAYS ON REPEAT: these are songs that I will never get tired of & I can enjoy them no matter what mood I'm in
STRAIGHT TO MY PLAYLIST: these are songs that I instantly fell in love with
WOULD PLAY AGAIN: these are songs I'm not too big on, but I still find them listenable. They just have a low replay value in my opinion.
NOT FOR MY PLAYLIST: these are songs I do not like, but I can understand why other people might enjoy them
INSTANT SKIP: I hate these songs. (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻
Without further ado, I will begin my ranking starting all the way at the beginning with Happiness ^0^ (Note: Red Velvet's latest album Queendom isn't included in the chart above, but will be included in the ranking & any instrumentals/solos/subunits/Japanese versions/remixes are not included)

Automatic (I placed Automatic in the STRAIGHT TO MY PLAYLIST tier. Automatic is my beloved Velvet song. She is the cranberry apple juice of Red Velvet songs. I can bask in her glory any & every day)
Somethin Kinda Crazy (I placed Somethin Kinda Crazy in the STRAIGHT TO MY PLAYLIST tier. I just love this song so much, it is like the epitome of classic Red Velvet)
Stupid Cupid (I placed Stupid Cupid in the WOULD PLAY AGAIN tier. It's a good song, but nowhere near my favorite & I don't really feel like listening to it very often)
Take It Slow (I placed Take It Slow in the WOULD PLAY AGAIN tier. This song is more on the slower side & I can appreciate what it is, but I'm not too crazy about Take It Slow)
Candy (I placed Candy in the WOULD PLAY AGAIN tier. This song is a Red Velvet classic & I respect it as such, I'm just once again not too big on this song. I do love the harmonies though).

Oh Boy (I placed Oh Boy in the ALWAYS ON REPEAT tier because the queen deserves nothing less. Red Velvet went so hard with the vocals on this one).
Lady's Room (I placed Lady's Room in the STRAIGHT TO MY PLAYLIST tier. This song is just so cheeky & youthful, I love her).
Time Slip (I placed Time Slip in the WOULD PLAY AGAIN tier. She's cute, not really my favorite though).
Don't U Wait No More (I placed Don't U Wait No More in the ALWAYS ON REPEAT tier. This track hits so hard man, I don't know what else to say. Reveluvs that hate this song are just mad because the enjoy waiting)
Day 1 (I placed Day 1 in the ALWAYS ON REPEAT tier. Day 1 is such a cute bitch, so fun & happy. She sounds like she belongs in an anime)
Cool World (I placed Cool World in the NOT FOR MY PLAYLIST tier. I'm not very partial to this song, but I do not hate her. This song is just not my cup of tea & I always skip it)

Bad Dracula (I placed Bad Dracula in the NOT FOR MY PLAYLIST tier. Many many Reveluvs hate this song. My feelings towards Bad Dracula are not that strong, but by the same token I also avoid this song as often as possible)
Sunny Afternoon (I placed Sunny Afternoon in the NOT FOR MY PLAYLIST tier. I have nothing against her' she is fine. This release just isn't my cup of tea.
Fool (I placed Fool in the WOULD PLAY AGAIN tier. This is nowhere near my favorite song from this mini, but I always find myself attracted to how simple this song is. It matches perfectly with the aesthetic of this era)
Some Love (I placed Some Love in the NOT FOR MY PLAYLIST tier. I do not like this song, but I always skip it on my playlist to stop myself from really hating it)
My Dear (I placed My Dear in the ALWAYS ON REPEAT tier. I love this song so very much. It feels like a warm hug)

Little Little (I placed Little Little in the WOULD PLAY AGAIN tier. I'm not very partial towards this song, but she is a good song)
Happily Ever After (I placed Happily Ever After in the ALWAYS ON REPEAT tier. This song is my bitch, I love Happily Ever After. When Yeri goes 두근두근 my whole mood changes. And the background noises are so charming too. They remind me of the toy car keys & kitchen I would play with as a child. This song truly encapsulates the energy of Rookie perfectly)
Talk To Me (I placed Talk To Me in the STRAIGHT TO MY PLAYLIST tier. This song is very adorable & agreeable. But a side effect of this is that she is very basic, which is why Talk To Me wasn't ranked higher)
Body Talk (I placed Body Talk in the WOULD PLAY AGAIN tier. Body Talk has her moments, but overall I'd say she is a weak Red Velvet b-side)
Last Love (I placed Last Love in the NOT FOR MY PLAYLIST tier. Last Love is a ballad, and although I usually love their ballads, it takes me a really long time to warm up to them. And I don't really listen to the Rookie mini often and I rarely make it to the end to hear Last Love. For these reason Last Love just isn't my cup of tea)

Zoo (I placed Zoo in the ALWAYS ON REPEAT tier. As a baby Reveluv I used to clown on this song all the time. I hated Zoo, I would skip it whenever I shuffled Red Velvet's discography. But then I woke up one day and Zoo hit different. Zoo is genius, I love her, I stan her. I want my love to look like a Zoo too)
Mojito (I placed Mojito in the WOULD PLAY AGAIN tier. I was very impartial to this song at first, but for like a solid month my Spotify shuffle insisted on playing Mojito for some reason. And as a result, I don't mind this song. I don't love her, but I don't hate her either)
Hear The Sea (I placed Hear The Sea in the STRAIGHT TO MY PLAYLIST tier. I adore Hear The Sea, she's such a relaxing Summer song. When I hear this song I automatically picture myself sleeping at the beach as the waves gently crash against the soft sand)

Kingdom Come (EDIT: Because this project has taken me over a month to finish because school is beating my ass up, my opinion on this song has changed. In the chart at the very top of this ranking I placed Kingdom Come in the WOULD PLAY AGAIN tier, but currently I would move this song up to the STRAIGHT TO MY PLAYLIST tier. Kingdom Come is a bop, I was just tired of it for a while)
My Second Date (I placed My Second Date in the WOULD PLAY AGAIN tier. For me personally, this song got old really quick. So it doesn't have high replay value for me, but I won't skip this song if it's on shuffle)
Attaboy (I placed Attaboy in the WOULD PLAY AGAIN tier. I used to love this song as a baby Reveluv too, but now I just tolerate Attaboy. Wendy still sounds amazing in this song tho)
Perfect 10 (I placed Perfect 10 in the STRAIGHT TO MY PLAYLIST tier. Perfect 10 is like the only song on the Perfect Velvet album that my opinion on hasn't fluctuated over time. This is just a really good Velvet track)
About Love (I placed About Love in the WOULD PLAY AGAIN tier. I never really listened to the Perfect Velvet to make it down to these last two songs on the track list, but I don't mind this song; she's okay)
Moonlight Melody (I placed Moonlight Melody in the NOT FOR MY PLAYLIST tier. I feel bad for ranking this ballad so low, but I do not understand what Moonlight Melody is doing on this album. It just sticks out like a sore thumb, so it's harder for me to adjust to it when I pair it with the rest of the Perfect Velvet

Parade (I placed Parade in the STRAIGHT TO MY PLAYLIST tier. Parade is so energetic and fun, it does a great job at capturing the feel of the ReVe Festival Day 1)
LP (I placed LP in the STRAIGHT TO MY PLAYLIST tier. This is the perfect song to end off this mini album & a nice contrast from the high energy of the rest of this mini. Does anyone else remember all of the theories of the bell dinging at the end of LP symbolizing the end of Day 1?)

Hello, Sunset (I placed Hello, Sunset in the ALWAYS ON REPEAT tier. This song is the little sister to Hear The Sea and I fucking love Hello, Sunset for that. It makes me feel nice and warm inside).
Welp... I am finally done with my ranking of Red Velvet's discography. I started this project on September 5th, and as I am typing this reflection it is currently October 23rd. I had no idea when I picked up this project that it would take me so fucking long to finish. I love listening to Red & talking about Red Velvet. But when it comes to explaining my rankings of 90+ Red Velvet songs it is the most trying, draining task in the world. It also didn't help that I was also battling schoolwork in between working on this. I'm glad I was finally able to finish it though because I wanted to restart/revitalize my blog and I thought this would be the perfect thing to do so. I just had to push through and finish because when I hit Red Velvet's 2018 releases this project started moving at a snail's pace. But I wanted to get this out into the world to work on new ideas so I found a way to complete it. Looking back on everything, I guess I dislike The ReVe Festival Day 2 and that I am biased towards The Velvet. I hope anyone that has taken the time to read this far down into this post has enjoyed my ranking so far. Feel free to share or comment down below if you agree/disagree with anything; I would love to hear from you all. I should get going now. This project was fun for like 1.5 seconds and then the rest of that month and a half it was just pure misery. I'm never doing this again! Farewell for now; it's time for me to move on to something way better!
